We were thrilled to have Miss Blakely into the studio to celebrate her first birthday! Girlfriend wasn’t really feelin’ it in the beginning, that is, until we busted out Ingrid Michaelson’s new songs on Heather’s phone to perk her up. She absolutely cracked us up doing a dance to ‘Afterlife‘… we might even admit to blasting it a few times (or a hundred) while editing.  Rock on, sister!
