I’m not gonna lie, this impromptu session was the sole result of my jealousy. I was creating all these supercool facebook timeline banners for our clients — and had a totally lame fb banner of my own. So, I had my husband and daughter pop in on a Saturday, and Nancy helped us knock it out in no time! I had only planned for these images to be on my fb page, but I ended up loving them and ordered this framed piece for my living room. It was time for little Aaron’s third session of his Baby’s First Year Program and we were thrilled that big brother Michael came along with him. These boys are so fun-loving and easy to photograph. And we were so thankful for this great weather that we were able to pop outside for a minute and get some adorable shots with some green! Great, great session, boys!!

We had been looking forward to little Pilot’s visit for a while, and were so glad to get the call that he had arrived (or should we say ‘landed’, lol!) We love his name just as much as we love his family, and thoroughly enjoyed photographing him — little fella did awesome for his first portrait session!!

We were so surprised and excited to hear that little Matthew had a new baby sister to introduce to us!  Miss Michal Joy is so precious and did such a great job for her first session of her Baby’s First Year program.  And it was so great to catch up with her big brother and sisters, and see how much they’ve grown up.  Time flies & we’re glad we’ll be seeing this gang again.

Little miss Wagner came in for her very first session at just a couple of weeks old. She happens to be the granddaughter of one of my bff’s, and we had such a great time when they brought this little bundle in for a visit. We just loved meeting baby Wagner — what a joy!

Baby Abby was our last session of 2011 and was the perfect way to end our year. We loved her Squish session so much, we were thrilled when she started her Baby’s First Year Program.  And maybe we should mention that she’s about to go on a huge wall display at Lisa Ross Birth Center!!  She was such a happy girl, it was no problem getting smiles out of this one! I’d call this a fabulous ending to a fabulous year!!

Miss Anjali came in for her second session of her Baby’s First Year Program and was such a sweetheart! Little princess was full of smiles, and we just love these images. Her mommy has a special affinity for peacock feathers, and it has been really fun to get creative on incorporating them in each of her sessions.

We could hardly believe that it was time for little man Connor to finish up his Baby’s First Year Program, but it was fun to finish with a bang. In honor of his birthday, we treated him to a Magpie’s mini cake — um, btw, have we mentioned that we do that for our first birthday-ers now??! He loved it, and we had fun getting a new Christmas image of him — look how tiny he was last year! My how time flies…

Nikolai and Claire came in for a session this past fall and were so good. They were awesome little models, and I was again reminded just how great their mom and dad are — just love this whole family!!

The O’Neil’s came in for little sister’s last session of her Baby’s First Year Program last fall and we did it up right with a full family session too! I was a perfect weather day, kids were in great moods… it just doesn’t get any better. Had a great time, guys!
