Our Mom’s Afternoon Out and Matilda Jane Trunk Show was a huge success! Thank you to all of you wonderful mom’s who stopped by. Some of you we haven’t seen in a while and it was great to catch up. We had a fabulous time with yummy food and delicious sangria (recipes to follow soon!), and of course the company was amazing! So excited that you all loved the Matilda Jane Clothing as much as I do! I can’t wait to start photographing your little diva’s for their complimentary mini-sessions in these new outfits! I even purchased a few unique outfits for studio use, so if you missed the party make sure you stop by to check them out. I’m happy to offer these to you for your next session. For those of you who couldn’t make it and those who bought and can’t get enough, never fear for we are already planning another Trunk Show for Matilda Jane’s new fall line in September!

I have been photographing this family since Lily was a baby. I always look forward to their session and Mom is always open to new ideas. We were at the UT Trial Gardens and their session was fabulous (if I do say so myself!)

I just love this little fella. He has just turned two and is starting our Baby Graduate Program. We had so much fun photographing outside, and we even played a game of peek-a-boo. Adorable!

This was our first time meeting this little cutie and he was a total doll. He has started our Baby’s First Year Program and I look forward to watching him grow. Too cute!

This handsome little fellow is starting our Baby’s First Year Program and boy does he have the smiles! He has three big sisters who also photograph perfectly. Mom and Dad certainly have their hands full, no wonder Mom is a size 2!

These girls were such troopers for their session. We started off with a few in studio images and then went outside where the weather changed very quickly and it began to rain. The girls were such little troopers and we still managed to capture some great images!

I just love this family. They are always so easy to work with and the kids are so well behaved. Great session!

I’m so excited about my new equipment! We are rocking and rolling with outdoor sessions, and this is one of my recent faves. Heather has been crazy busy designing new products, which we will be showing soon. I have a sneaking suspicion that it’s going to be a big hit! Stay tuned…

These girls were so much fun to photograph, they even brought their own bunnies! I love how sassy they all look… great session!

I just wanted to share a few images from my family’s vacation. We visited with family and got away for a few days to St. Simon’s Island. The weather was perfect and it certainly is beautiful there, so much history. This baby shark was caught by a local fisherman and he let us release him back into the ocean. He was only a foot long but still full of teeth! In the early morning (yes, my husband made me get up for 1 sunrise at 5:30 am — ugh!) there were tons of these horseshoe crabs up on the shore. Some of them were stuck on their backs, and it was our duty to flip them rightside, lol!

It’s always fun to go away, but always great to get back home…
